I have been living at The Parc for about 6 months and will renew my lease when the term is up. It's a great complex, friendly people, spacious apts, and the office staff and maitenance are friendly and efficient. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking at times, but nothing you wouldn't expect in an apt. The location is excellent...very easy to navigate around 280 if you want to avoid it during peak times, but convenient to almost everything.
