The BEST Apartment I have EVER had!!!!

Office staff is very nice, I rented this apartment completely sight-unseen from Las Vegas after finding it on apartmentguide.com. I looked at many other communities in the area, and the clinchers on this one were how nice the office staff was when I spoke to them, the fact that the unit includes a washer and drier, and the great move-in special I got. My husband has family in the area that came to take a quick peek for us and they said it looked OK.
We were ESTATIC when we walked into our new home for the first time. It is very spacious, with lots of closet space. My master bedroom is so large that my entire bedroom set, as well as an extra 9-foot dresser fit in with plenty of room to spare. Our balcony overlooks a very nice wooded area with lots of squirrels, rabbits, and birds. We also have hawks who occasionally make an appearance. (A very big plus for people who have spent the last 15 years in the desert!)
The grounds are VERY well-maintained, I feel very safe walking with my baby through the complex. The buildngs are spaced nicely apart and there are lots of trees. We accidentally knocked the screen door off the track and put in a work order to have it fixed. We were very happily surprised to come home and find the work order completed after only 4 hours. The clubhouse was just renovated and looks great, they have a good amount of exercise equipment there. You can even go to the office every morning and get free coffee and cappucino. They also let you use their fax machines and copiers if you ask. just can't say enough about this place!
