I've lived her for one year, and i've been asked to renew my lease. For starters, they have increased my rent by $25/month. They also decided to NOT include water. Therefore, I will now have a water bill. I park in the complete darkness, blindly walk up a flight of stairs to arrive at a locked door, where then i have to enter a security code to my apartment building. They said it is for my security. I just hope i make it up the stairs. if rent is late (paid after 5th) 10% of rent is to be added. how about paying for the inconvenience of having my car vandalized and broken into b/c of inadequate lighting or hospital bill when i fall down the stairs. what about the roaches after the rain, b/c the bug man only visits on first thursday of the month, and i didn't call to REQUEST my apartment to be sprayed. and where is this coffee shop they've been promising us for about for a year' will the gates ever work, after looking at them for three months' kinda wondering if i'll ever get a card, a code, a remote. do they close' yeah real safe!
