Okay, just to let everyone know, this is by far the worst apartment complex I have ever and will ever live in! We moved here from out of state and had come in town a few weekends before to find an apartment. We obviously chose these. Well, when we arrived here after a long trip we were informed that our apartment wasn't quite ready for us but that it was nothing that would keep us from moving in that day, "they're just a few minor things" we were told. Needless to say, they were by no means minor problems and not only that but the apartment they gave us was not what we were told we were getting. We were told that if you get a 3 bedroom you either get 2 balconies and a small master bathroom or a large master bathroom and 1 small balcony. HA! We got 1 small balcony and 1 tiny master bathroom. We went back to the leasing office shortly after discovering these "minor" details but they were completely unconcerned with everything because we had already signed a lease. Now that we've been here a few months still almost none of the orginial repairs (that were suppose to have been taken care of in a couple days) are still the way they were the day we moved in. Not to mention that we have had numerous other problems (all that occur around midnight for some reason) and have tried calling the after hours emergency line and no body calls back NOT EVEN THE NEXT MORNING! Now, lets talk about neighbors....Well all of our neighbors have children so they all play together running rampedly through the hallways on the inside of the building that everyone can hear yet their parents do nothing. There are toys and bikes around everywhere outside and are rarely picked up. We have people that stand by the front door and block you from getting into the building. I actually had to knock on the door from the inside to get the guy on the outside talking on his cell phone and smoking cigarettes just to move. People smoke in the hallways inside the building. Now, I'm a smoker, but that is ridiculous! I haven't read all the other reviews but I don't think that anyone has mention the horiffic smell in the hallways! OH MY GOD it's awful. Between people cooking and just being plain dirty I don't think you can imagine! Lets see what else...bugs' For us they really haven't been an issue I saw a few roaches when we moved in but thats about it. I think the surrounding apartments are just filthy enough to keep them out of our apartment. Oh my gosh I almost forgot the trash. It's everywhere! Outside all over the place, the trash dumpster is almost always over flowing. I forgot the black mold issue also...guess what....it's everywhere. It's around door frames on balconies on the ceilings..everywhere I had to pour bleach on the balcony to get rid of it. Well, I guess that should be enough to get my point across. Thank god we're getting out of here soon! Good luck!
