I moved in in 10/04. The complex knew I had 3 kids when we moved in two weeks after we moved in we had a note on the door that we had a complaint against us.The elderly lady below me had complained about my kids (in bed by 9 which is normal hours) that we were loud outside of normal hours. the courtesy officer was called to us at 10am fro running the vaccum cleaner, the police called at 6 in the evening for kids playing. The lady was made to move, we were also tolde we had to move to her downstairs apartment.I asked what if we refuse to move I was informed if we refused to move we haad to find another place to live. S we moved with no moving expenses. Because landmark took over the day after we moved in rent had gone up. We moved to an apartment without a fireplace and my rent went down 1 dollar. The apart we had to move to was unfit. we lived there just 4 months and had to move again due to problems and once again with no moving expenses. Due to haveing to move 2 times and paying an additional deposit while waiting on the return of my first deposit, and no moving expenses I got behind on rent and now have been turned over to an attorneys office. Needless to say I am countersuing Landmark for discrimination and moving expenses.
