I rented an apartment in November of 2006, right after management changed hands and I like things! The leasing agents and management are different than before, so maybe that is why. The garbage gets picked up where I drop mine... I was really suprised to read all of this-I just found this website and have not had these experiences at all. My son made friends with some of the kids on his bus who live at Park as well, and I work out and swim and utilize the facilities here and never have a problem. It's quiet here and I don't see many people, or hear them. I am glad I saw this website to put in a good word b/c park doesn't deserve the bad rap anymore. The new management has done this property good.
