It's a typical complex

I have lived here 7 months and it's your typical apartment complex. I don't get the bad reviews that have been posted on here. It's an APARTMENT COMPLEX so yes there are going to be noises made, children in the way, and probably anything else that is bothersome. You have to learn how to deal with it anytime you're going to live in a multi-family dweling. It it bothers a person that much they should buy some acreage and live far out some where buy themselves. I have even rented a couple of houses and you're going to have the same problems anyhwhere. I have never really had a problem here. Yes, I have some neighbors that are incosiderate and yes I have complained to management about it and they did handle to problem. It may have taken a little while but I guess that I am not the only one that has issues and they eventually got to them so I am content with that. The management is pretty ok. I know at times they seem a little stressed out and I could imagine why. I do have issues with the kids around here but I chalk that up to their bad parents letting them just do what ever they want to do without proper supervision. It's not the Managements' fault because they are not these kids' parents but you can't find an apartment complex where they are not any kids. You just have to assert your authority like I do and I regulate them since their parents care not to. I can say that they do need to hire more mantenance and grounds men because this apartment complex is too large for just the couple of each that they have. I also miss not having a newsletter and complex activities like my other complexes use to have. I do love the location and the way the landscaping is done.I really don't see the 4 Hoover police officers that are suppose to be living here so sometimes I wonder is that true.I have also heard people complaining about the dumpster issue but it is not that bad to me but I will say that I am glad that I don't live close to it because I wouldn't want to have to look at it when it does. The parking can get bad at times but that is the tenants' fault when they have company and some times too much company and they don't consider their neighbors have to park but overall it is good for the price and especially the location.

Sounds right . Kid haters at this place just let me throw up. What I hate most is the dog poopoohoow around block 2100. Nasty! Mushromms have found this area as a suitable place because of the plenty dog ppooohh. The most hate thing is the selective service .Some blocks are favoured. Do I know why? Place need more manpower just to deal with the dog pohh. Dog owners at this place are nasty. They do not clean up after their dogs. Like owner like dog.

Correction to anonymous reviewer on 6/6/08, I know that the police officers still live here because I live next to one! However, I DO agree with Dogpooh responer, dog owners at this complex need to step up and pick up their dogs s**t!!!
