I have lived in apartment complexes most of my life and I have to say that the Springs at Graystone is by far the best one yet. The office staff is unbelievable, they always have a smile and welcome you, but most important is if you do have an issue they get it resolved right away. For example I needed a spare key, I went to the office expecting to be told I would have it in a day or two, but instead they called maintenance on the radio and went to get the key right then and there. No one has ever done that before. The maintenance staff is wonderful; they are even there on weekends! They are fast and get the job done right the first time. When I first moved in I asked to get two fans installed and to have the chandelier raised, TWO men from the maintenance staff were there that same day and got it done. The office staff is GREAT I could go on and on about them but I think you get the point. They have movie nights on a large outdoor screen that they custom built. I noticed someone said something about it not being very quiet, I have no idea what that person means, I have been here since it opened and have had NO issues that. Also I have to say that the staff does care about you after you move in, I have been here for months and they are as friendly and helpful as the day I moved in.
