New units, friendly staff, very attractive clubhouse and pool area. They offer a short lease option (3 months with a $200 premium). Parking is at a premium around our unit's parking section with cars & trucks parking in the drive and in front of other's front entrance. They have a policy that parking is only allowed within the white lined parking slots and in front of garages - but not enforced. You'll find cars parked on the drive entrance and in front of unmarked / lined unit's entrances. Wi-Fi connection is only available in the clubhouse / pool area, not in the complex. Walls are thin and you can hear the music from the adjacent unit. There is an industrial garbage compacter for the complex, but on occassions I've found it not working and people have left their trash on the ground by the dumpster. Read your lease contract completely - a 60 written notice is required to vacate for deposit refund.
