The Springs at Greystone

very upset From: branhamab Date posted: 2/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   I moved into the Springs in November and have absolutely hated living here. The walls are way too thin. I can hear my neighbors having sex, as well as leaving the alarm on all weekend. It is very upsetting to be woken up on a Saturday morning by your neighbors alarm clock that they forgot to turn off. I pay more in rent than I did for my last house payment and I can't even get someone to fix the various maintenance problems that I have had. Also, don't be fooled by the advertisement of a pet spa or car wash center. The spa is an outdoor tub and the car wash center vacuum is so full that it barely works. Also, there is often trash piled around the dumpster because it is rarely compacted. I can't wait to get out of this apartment! Thank goodness for short term leases.
