Timberchase Apartments

LIVED HERE FOR 3 YEARS!! From: n0tsohapp1p0odle01 Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2008   I have resided at Timberchase for about 3 1/2 years... that's only because when my lease would be up 4 renewal I would be busy with finals, not to mention I worked 2 jobs and didn't have much time to look for anything else. But, now that I hae graduated....I AM LEAVING!! In the beginning (under previous mgmt.)it was an ok community, but that changed after about 1 1/2 of living there. It's extremely loud now. Kids run around disturbing the community late at night. My neighbors (young couple) would argue, scream, and physically fight constantly, which I reported but mgmt. ignored. I also had problems with maintenance not responding to work orders and mgmt. was barely accessible (there's hardly anyone ever in the office). For the cost of my 1 br apt., I definitely didn't feel safe, or like I was getting my money's worth. To anyone looking to lease here, this is not the ideal residence if you need a fairly quiet, calm residence, and polite leasing associates.
