Good & Bad From: sdn9797 Date posted: 1/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   Has all the amenties, quiet, nice floorplans, high priced, not enough parking, needs speedbumps in a bad way (hope you can defensively drive), make sure to find out everything up front & double check all paperwork (keep it simple, not sure if they can handle complications), oh if you like ants & pest control only when its schedule live here, really nice pool area, oh dont expect any specials or concessions w/a new lease or a renewal..not happening...make sure its in writing or your screwed.
