I have lived at Turtle Lake 2 times now, and I have been very pleased both times. It is quiet, people are friendly, great location, beautiful property and the office staff Teresa, Gwen and Chris are amazing. One day i had a package delievered to the office and wasn't able to pick it up before the office closed Chris went above and beyond the call of duty and delievered it to me later that night when he knew I was home. If your looking for a new place to call home, Choose Turtle Lake you will not regret it.

I can vouch for the friendly neighbors, beautiful property, nice apartments and the helpful office staff with the EXCEPTION of Gwen and Chris. Theresa is a great community manager but has recently hired some rather poor choices to replace Paula. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and helpful and prompt. If you are looking for a great apt experience...make sure you wait until Theresa is in the office otherwise you'll just be left hanging. "It's not easy to find good help" rings true now.
