Living at Turtle Lake has been a nightmare. The staff here are very rude. If you need something done forget it, it would best if you do it yourself. We had ants forever and took care of it ourselves. The parking is horrible and at night you can't see your hand in front of your face. I use to run to my door at night because you never know who might be waiting for you. It very noisy at night people playing loud music that is enough to make you go insane. I think they have some drug dealers too living here which makes it more of a scary place to live. I want to say they need to rehire a whole new staff.
If you go to Hoover there are much nicer and more efficient apartments. Just do your self a favor and don't move here or you'll be kicking yourself until your lease is up.

So you stayed and renewed a lease twice (three years at apartment) and you wrote "you will be kicking yourself till your lease is up"? Sounds like you might have missed a payment or two and wrote an angry posting. I have lived here for a year, and other than a possible move for a job, I will be renewing again. They are not brand new, but you don't pay a brand new price either. I challenge you to find a nicer, quieter community for the same price.
