Great staff, Great place to live

I saw a few people on here saying bad things about Turtle lake and I feel the need to set a few things straight. I have lived here 5 years and have NEVER had a problem that wasn't handled promptly. Major and Ted are the best Maintenance guys you could ever want. They are friendly and they are good at what they do. They come within usually a matter of minutes once called. Once I went to the office to report a problem and they were waiting on me when I returned.
Teresa and the office staff are very friendly. They try their best to make it feel like a community and not just an apartment. They regularly stay late and spend their free time hosting parties and such to bring us all together.
There are no drug dealers in our area, we regularly walk around the complex and have yet to see anything of the such. We sit on our porch until late at night and have never felt in danger. What you will see are people walking their pets or fishing with their children, people enjoying the community.
