I've lived here 6 years and have enjoyed the community and neighbors very much. it is generaly a quite neighborhood,with a good mix of people. The staff is very professonal and respond to any problem in a timely manner. Most of the people live here while they build houses in the Chelsea area. I've read some of the negative reports on this site and I can't believe we live in the same community. I walk around this property every night and have never seen any of these activities occurring. My apt. is pest free except for occassional ant problems but that has always been taken care of immedately. I pay my rent on time,take care of my apt.and respect my neighbors. Maybe thats why I like Turtle Lake so much and don't have complaints.
