I moved in and the appliances starting breaking down. Someone moved above me (im in lower level and the person that moved was on the 3rd) and water was coming down into the carpet due to bad pipes (washer machine) to my apartment. They told me to let it dry it happen once again.. the carpet had to be cleanned by me, since they would not come with anything to dry and prevent from mildw.
The staff (manager) is nice, but will come and bite you in any possible way. She is a two faced person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL

Did you happen to watch Fox 6 News last night? The extreme temperatures and drought has caused ants everywhere in central Alabama.

hey you ass whole. i do not know who you are calling two faced but stacie is one of the nicest managers i have dealt with. I have lived on four other apartment complex and none of the managers was as helpful as Stacie. maybe you need to calm down and realize you are going to have some kind of problem where ever you live.

We have had problems with water heater, dishwasher, air, disposal, and shower. Had company over when water and food backed up in the sink - yuck!
I don't blame maintenance, I think they are told to keep putting band-aids on the problems.
