Although the apartments are a little dated and may need a touch up on cabinets, counterrops and appliances. The feeling of the apartments is very friendly and welcoming. Price is a little high, but aren't they all on 280. Mainteneace staff is quick to respond and complete any repair reported. Grounds are kept very nice.

Apartments are very expensive for their age. Cabinets, appliances, carpet are all outdated. Some buildings are missing shutters and some railings are in need of repair. During the winter, there are drafts coming in around some of the windows. No one has mentioned the duck poop everywhere!
