Although the staff is impeccable, They also overprice you on rent while others pay dramatically lower than you. The parking is horrid, and my car has been hit atleast 3x while living at this complex. Regardless of who says what.. THERE ARE ROACHES- They are everywhere, they come up through the bathtub plumbing , your cabinets anywhere and everywhere.

These are WAY overpriced for the age of these apartments,I will definately stand by the staff but other than that- Thumbs down all the way. The staff being nice does not help me find a parking spot at night, keep roaches out of my kitchen/ bathroom, keep the noise of your neighbors down or monitor the people who have stereo's in the cars and want to make sure you hear the MUSIC too. GROW UP with this, are you kidding- Your stereo cost more than your car!!! I am out of this place as soon as my lease is up- Goodbye!Goodbye! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

It is our goal to respond and take care of anything that we possibly can. Please contact the office and we will have pest control service your apartment. They are onsite every Wednesday. We are sorry that you are having any issue's. Please let us know what we can do to make your home more comfortable.

Pest control should visit every apartment monthly, not on a rotation every few months. Bugs migrate from the apartments that were sprayed to where it's safe for them ... they just keep moving the bugs and mice around!
