TURTLE PUDDLE

If you come to visit the first thing you will notice is that the lake is practically none existant and has been that way for months and months. Turtle lake' what a joke! It's more like a dirty puddle surrounded by poor landscaping. The pool area is nothing special and the fittness room only has about four pieces of equipment in it. I can't believe anyone would be willing to pay the outrageous rent to live here when they are so money hungry that they can't even spend the extra money to pump water into the lake and have no intention of doing so.

I understand what a drought is but can you please tell me what that has to do with the responsibility of the complex to fill up the lake when it is so low that you can walk from one end to the other? That is the point I was trying to make if you had taken the time to read my post thoroughly therefore your feeble attempt at being condescending didn't work very well to your advantage. I have a feeling that the only people who even come on here to fill out surveys or post respopnses are the office staff...hmmm...interesting. Every other apartment I went to visit on 280 had a lake even though we were going through a "drought" at the time so why can't turtle lake cough up the cash to pump some water into the lake when it desperately needs it considering the rent is comparable to those places?
On a side note, the people who have a lake view pay $100 more in rent per month than everyone else so they have every right to be angry when the view they live in front of resembles a desert land scape more than a lake. The fountain hasn't been on for months because every time it is clogged they never fix it. Don't bother getting a "lake view" apartment if you choose to live at turtle lake.

Where are you going to get water to fill up the lake from? Especially during times of water conservation. It is time to get the fountain going. And yes, I did read your post and believed very little thought went it to it.

I have worked at apartment coplexes and your right about the staff fill out a survey onlne. We did it a lot. You also can't blame the staff you have to blame the owners and the district managers. owners don't want to spend money. They want you to make up stories to the residents to make them happy even though the problem never gets solved. When owners want to make sure they get a 100% rent every month they put their property om section 8 and then you have the drugs, shooting, abuse, trash every where and breakins. They don't care about that only money to pay for their houses and cars not your safety and well being.
