The apartments are very quiet and the landscaping is amazing. The rent is reasonable for a two bedroom apartment. The majority of tenants are working professionals and families. If you are someone who is less than quiet you may want to consider another apartment complex. Your neighbors will not tolerate loud noise or parties. If you are a student or professinal who seeks a quiet place to live this is it. The staff will attempt to make your living experience stress free. They want to make sure you are happy. The layout of the apartments are very spacious. They have few one bedroom apartments. The majority are two bedroom apartments. The mainteance is outstanding. They are the best I have seen. Any complaints on this apartment I have not experienced. The parking next to my unit is fine. Do what I did. Travel to the apartment complex at night and on the weekends. You will notice it is extremely quiet. The complex always coordinates events for the tenants. I am usually very honest about my experiences with a particular company etc. I can honestly say this apartment is wonderful.

No. This was not posted by management. I am a tenant of one year. I am a business professional and that is why the email appears more management/professional. The place I used to live was horrible. Moving to Turtle Lake was the best decision I ever made.
