My husband and I have lived here for 9 months with our 2 children. We have been very happy with the office staff and maintenance has been OK. We had a water leak and they took a few days to fix it, but it was a major undertaking. I think the contractor they hire to do alot of the major work and painting leaves a bit to be desired, but the regular maintenance man is great. The manager has always been very helpful and nice. We had a noisy neighbor, but everyone else we have met has been very nice and the complex as a whole has been very quiet. We have been happy here and recommend it.

I agree with you on the poor painting. It seems noisy people have a hard time remembering they live in an apartment building.

We have experienced problems with 4 neighbors being noisy and partying during the night. One stalker, too.
