First of all Birmingham is a nasty cockroach infested city. But the apts did have a pest controll company come and treat the place and we had no problems. It was a tiny studio, but for month to month not bad, and the management I thought was actually pretty nice. Nice pool and weight room. They fixed things fast, and I was overall pretty happy.
