Not so good anymore

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I lived here many years ago and back then this used to be a decent place. Most of the occupants were students and it used to be safe too. While I was still there, a group of drunkards/ drug addicts moved into the place and there were a string of robberies and break-ins. This continued even after that group was evicted.
