In the time I was there I had only seen maintenance once he did not fix the issues I had then nor did he or anyone else come back and all of them were fixable. I guess being the managers husband has it's perks! the other maintenance guy she has seems like all he is capable of is putting tow away tags on cars other than that he is nowhere to be found either. The grounds always stayed trashy looking especially the breezeways infested with cobwebs and dirt. The picnic area was never up to par due to past construction and poor cleanup and the creek next to it always has some kinda of major trash hung up on the rocks in it. The pool area was terrible the pool water was always milky and you could not see the bottom and trash always floating in it the area and furniture around it was coated with a black film continuously and yes of course trash around it too. The manager had also stated she didn't care IF or when the pool was opened so half the summer of 2005 went by with it closed! Also on two seperate occasions I had seen people smoking pot on the grounds I reported to her and she said it wasn't her problem! But I guess it's our kids problems then huh' The MANAGER has made RACIAL SLURS about other TENANTS at VESTAVIA FALLS APARTMENTS in my presence! And the manager said for me to keep MY MOUTH SHUT!!! So I wouldn't consider this place at all. HORRIBLE MAINTENANCE,HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT,HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! It's just a paycheck to me makes this property TOTALLY HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff at Vestavia Falls works very hard to make sure our residents are happy and all maintenance issues are taken care of. I would like very much to meet with this person and sort out problems they may have. We maintain a drug free enviroment and not once has drugs or pot smoking been reported to me. This is something that is not and will not be tolerated.Racial slurs have not come from this management.All of our residents are important to us not just a select few. I am asking the person who wrote these acusation, to please come forward,let us sit down and work out any misunderstandings.
