NASTY,TRASHY,CONDOMS,FECES,DISCARDED NEWSPAPER
LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINERS OFTEN HAVE GARBAGE OVERFLOWING YET THE APARTMENT NOW CHARGES TENANTS FOR GARBAGE PICKUP!
UNRESPONSIVE TO TENANTS USING OPEN FLAME GRILLS ON THE WOODEN DECKS WHICH VIOLAES RULES OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT AS WELL AS A VESTAVIA CITY ORDINANCE
MORE INTERESTED IN TAGGING CARS WITH EXPIRED TAGS THAN MAINTAINING A CLEAN SAFE AREA
