The maintenance is terrible and the tenants are the worst, most RUDE and annoying neighbors we have every encountered. I AM GLAD TO BE AWAY FROM THERE. They do not help when you have a leaky toilet or shower, they are slow to respond and pick about little things like Sat. TV, worry about the type of tenants rather than dishes. Marilyn is very sweet but the things that go on, incidents that we witnessed are horrible. BAD PLACE TO LIVE.
