I was reading the reviews and most of them are negative, but I have had a completely opposite experience. I moved into a 2 bed/2 bath in August 2008 and have been very happy so far. Sure the apartment is older and sometimes things do fall apart, but maintenance has always been very timely and helpful. One time, they were there to change our air filters and he noticed that I had a leaky faucet. He fixed it very quickly then proceeded to clean the drain so it would drain better! I feel that he went out of his way to help us.

The only negative things that I have to say are that sometimes parking can be a pain and we kill about two roaches a week. The roaches are probably our fault. Sometimes it's difficult to have company over because there are a limited number of spots for visitors.

Management has been very helpful and they always return my phone calls. I read one complaint about late fees for paying rent; just pay your rent on time! It's not that difficult to bring an envelope to the office once a month, they even give you until the 5th to pay! Cable is included, and water is a part of your monthly bill. It's great!
