I lived here for 2 years. My toilet had problems the entire time. Maintenence would fix it, but the minute they left the problem would return.
Management was nice, floor plans were good.
Parking was terrible. People would park behind the people parked in the spaces.
Insulation is also terrible -- I could hear phones ring in the apartment next to mine.
