I lived here for more than 4yrs. It was a nice place to call "home". But it seems that everything changed since last year. So I moved out. Now it is a:

trash trap in some parts of community!
Bad management trap since 2005!
Unfair price if you got trapped (over $90 difference per month for same floorplans, from other residents)!

They should change management and get the community back to good old days.
