Manager seems to think he owns the complex by denying residents service towards maintenance problems. If so, why are paying what we are paying now' To keep the manager happy' What are the owners doing' Where are they' What is their procedure in hiring new managers' Any Tom, ---- or Harry without any prior experience will do' If they need people to come to these apartments, they need to rethink who they are hiring over the management office. Enough is enough. One day, someone might just slap a lawsuit against the owners.
