I am still a resident here at the apartment. I too have been plagued with maintanance problems for 6 out of 8 months of residing here. My AC unit was broken 4 out of 6 months (on and off). Nothing could have been worse during the summer time. Unless you get flooding it doesn't get much worse. However, Barry and Raphael have been the most patient and worthwhile of any maintanance person i've ever dealt with. The root of the problem was in the last management and currently with Ruud AC Units. I've never seen a qualilty working Ruud unit and that has been the disease that has plagued Vestavia Park residents. The management was on a devastating path of declination before David showed up. David made things happen for me and my roomate time and again. He has worked for the resident to the best of my knowledge. In conclusion, I can honestly say the are trying their best. Before, there was little effort and a lot of complaints and headache. Let us be glad their is someone we can talk to who will be a problem solver.
