I have lived here for two months and so far, other than neighbor noise, it's been great. We have a new manager who came a week before I moved here. So far, he has helped the place out and has been very helpful for any needs we have needed. He has also got back to us about stuff quickly and has taken care of any problems inside the apartment (sink) and outside (noise). I think the people are friendly and the atmosphere is quaint. The apartments are large and safe.
