I personally don't understand the complaints, but we've only lived here since October. Weren't around for all the mgmt. changes, etc. I read about. So far I haven't had any problem since living here. David, the manager, has gone out of his way to be available and impressed me with his sense of customer service. Our water heater went out and was fixed right away. Their is ample amount of parking (maybe that is where we are in the complex, it may be worst in other areas') It is always quiet and the grounds are very clean and attractive. There will always be some that only want to write about complaints but I just wanted to add that since moving to Birmingham, we believe we made a good decision to move to these apts.
