Our staff is Grade A. Although it's true that the apartments are old and have been poorly maintained previously, the current staff is diligently correcting problems as quickly as they are reported (and as Pankey Management will allow). We have a skilled, professional and courteous bunch here and I expect to see continued improvement. I do, however, think the rent is too high for the aging interiors. However, David and our maintenance staff care about our quality of life and do an excellent job.
