Yes, we are over run with bugs. At one time the entire complex had monthly pest control, but not for the past couple of years, and the bugs have taken over. Management only cares about your money in their pocket, instead of quality of life for our families. The past couple years has seen a long procession of managers come and go, including a couple of good ones that they did not keep. Pankey Properties just wants money out of the property and doesn't want to put any back into it. This property is definitely old and run down. It is true that they are patching up things that should be replaced. They are removing our garbage disposals to save money on repairs. (What do they cost' About $40'!'!'!) There are no dumpsters and they will only pick up trash bagged in a certain manner (no boxes of ANY kind). You are expected to wade through a stagnant creek to the dumpsters (that our children must wade through to get to school), or load the rotting mess in your personal vehicle and drive it to the dumpsters. All that garbage in your trash smells really foul in the summer. And, you cannot set it outside your door to get the smell out of your apartment. The new manager has cut down trees and other landscaping and replaced it with nothing. (It must cost less to maintain.) Parking is always a problem. It used to be a good place to live, but until Pankey changes their policies, it will continue its decline. Do not move here. These problems are getting worse, not better.
