I moved into Vestavia Park in December 2007 and have been completely satisfied since moving in. Why would you contact the manager for 90% of the complaints on this web site''' I personally agree with the manager- contact the Vestavia Hills police dept if your car gets broken into- its not like the managers statement is going to mean anything to your insurance company. The only negative review that I have read that I actually agree with is that parking can sometimes be an issue, however that is only due to people who are visiting for a few hours on weekends. There is no 'rotten egg-smell' in the breeze ways, and according to the Vestavia Hills police dept, if you want a safe place to live, move to Vestavia Park... call them, they will tell you this. The management is great - I had a problem getting internet through Charter as they said I was not a cable customer. They helped me one afternoon for 1 and half hours on the phone with Charter business taking care of it, essentially for me, among many other things. Our unit is quiet, as is the entire complex. I cannot say Vestavia Park has a single demographic, however I would state that it is similar to that of Vestavia Hills. I would highly recommend the apartment complex and currently plan to live here for many, many years to come! One thing to really look at is the BBB rating of the management company. Vestavia Park is owned by Pankey Properties, which, as of the time of writing this and the time I originally leased my apartment, had no complaints 'in a 36 month period.' This had to be written by the staff. No one else looks at the BBB website before they move in. I mean come on.

I actually wrote this and ended up as staff, but was not when this one was written. I am no longer staff however (and have not been for almost a year) and still live here. I am revising my review which will be dated today.
