I can't imagine living anywhere else!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I have lived at this property since May 2005. I originally lived in a 2 bedroom 1 bath flat and since upgraded to a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath townhouse. I couldn't love living here more, especially in my new townhouse that I have lived in for 18 months. The rent is competitive for the area and the townhouses are undergoing upgrades that make them even more appealing (new flooring, ceramic tiled showers, new counter tops and cabinets, etc.)
The management staff that has been here for over 2 years is extremely friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to go to them for any problem and be confident that it would be addressed expediently. The manager lives on site and has a vested interest in keeping the community safe and clean.
I would not hesitate to recommend this property to any of my friends looking for a home.
