I feel very safe here. Been here since November, reliable and nice management, pest control is great, good neighbor. Quiet neighborhood, great kids, clean property/grounds and strict guidelines. This is a wonderful place and a bargain. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

I have to agree with everything you say here, EXCEPT for the management. Also, I am not so sure that "strict guidelines" are really so "strict" anymore... Seeing some questionable elements around. A neighbor told me about open drug deals going on in front of everyone in their parking area many evenings in a row. I hope the standards that were there when I moved in still are- cause its scary to hear about this so close to home.
