I have been living here since July 2008 and have never had too many problems. It is a great family neighborhood, and that was important to me as a single mother. Maintenance has been OK- not stellar, but I suppose you get what you pay for. I had a problem on move in with drains not draining properly. That was fixed within 24 hours, however I had a similar problem in my kitchen earlier this year and it took more than one fix because "maintenance didn't find anything wrong." The person who was in the office (I don't know her name- probably early to mid 30s, blond-ish hair) was seemingly apathetic and overly incompetent. I am just really not too sure about her. If you never have to deal with the office, I suppose its not too bad, but I will be moving out due to my deteriorating apartment. Best of luck, just make sure you drive through and realize what you are getting in to. Oh- and don't just expect your washer/dryer to fit here- a friend of mine in the 2 bedroom 1.5 bath facing the courtyard can't close her son's closet door because her normal size washer/dryer does not fit!! Make sure you measure, and don't just trust the office staff when they tell you it will fit!
Word of advice: 1) Make sure you are there when they fix it or its not going to get done right. 2) Don't expect any sort of service from the office after signing a lease, even if the office makes a mistake- these people are not service oriented.
