From day 1, we experienced difficulties here. The apartment and the carpet were disgusting upon move-in. We had to have the carpet professionally cleaned because they did not replace it from the last tenant. There were 4 break-ins in an 8-month period, a convicted child sex-offender was allowed to live on the property, our kitchen flooded three times due to faulty under-sink pipes, the bathroom ceiling collapsed over the shower, the air-conditioner leaked large amounts of water into the apartment below us, and in the end we were denied our security deposit back (even though our apartment was in great shape when we left) with no explanation. The property manager is rude and told us upon move-in that we had a courtesy police officer on site-that was a total lie. We have never had an apartment experience this bad!! Would not recommend this place to an enemy!!!

Are you sure you're talking about The Village at Caldwell Mill on Acton Road? I've never heard anything negative about it!

Must be another apartment complex. The manager is the best and neighbors look out for one another. This was the best apartment complex that I have ever lived in. Beautiful!

Hmmm...I think you have this apartment confused with another complex. I LOVE living there and the courtesy officer lives in my building. The management is awesome and the property is very well kept.
