So far, so good From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved in to the apartment complex about 4 months ago. So far, the entire process has been very pleasing. I have not had any problems with anything. The office staff has always been helpful. I have only had 1 maintenance request and it was fixed the same day. The lease process was easy. I filled out the application. They did the background check. The process of signing documents only took a few minutes. They gave me my move in package which included all documents I signed. All documents were explained in detail. Maintenance is great. The maintenace person works very hard and has done a good job with everything. The walls are very thick too. I do not hear anything from my surrounding neighbors. It is great. A major plus... TONS of storage. The kitchen panty is very big, with enough room for additional shelves. The walk-in laundry is huge, with tons of extra space. The kitchen may seem a bit small at first, but it has a ton more cabinet space than you think. I cook a lot, and still have plenty of cabinet space. The only downfall - I wish there were a couple of more drawers. But, the extra cabinets space more than makes up for it. You have walk-in closets in both bedrooms. Plus, there are 2 extra storage closets on the deck. Trust me, if you don't have enough storage, then you have too much stuff. On the first day of each month, the apartment delivers the monthly newsletter. It has important information for the month. Most noteably, it tells you which day they will be in your apartment to change air filters and spray for bugs. So, you know well in advance when someone will be in your apartment. Other than that, they leave you alone. If you need a bug person before you scheduled time, call the office. They send someone within a few days (bug man comes every Thursday). I have not noticed any problems with bugs, as mentioned by the previous person. I have not seen anything inside or outside of my apartment.
