In my opinion, The Village at Caldwell Mill is the best apartment complex in Birmingham. The management staff is very nice and professional. The maintenance staff repairs any problems that I have reported immediately. The other tenants are nice, as well. The Village is very much a family environment. The apartments has ample space, two outside storage units and a beautiful layout. If you are a student, it is very roommate friendly, with bedrooms on opposite ends of the apartment. All in all, the best.
