I lived here for three years and have really seen the place go downhill. When I first moved in, the grounds were kept spotless, the apartments were well maintained, and the neighbors were nice, quiet, and respectful. All that slowly changed in the last year and a half. Now, trash thrown out on the grass sits there for days. Maintenence also gets low priority; I had water pipes leaking that were never fixed. The wooden decks and walkways are literally falling apart...just drive through the property and look at all the decks with gaping holes where the wooden slats used to be. The walkway bridges leading into many of the buildings, as well as the stairs, are also rotting wood that is warping into all sorts of interesting shapes...I just hope they eventually fix all this before someone falls through. The general population of tenants has also seen a change for the worse. Quiet couples and families seem to have been replaced with a lot of noisy and disrespectful people who love thier late night parties, load music, and REALLY loud car stereos. What used to feel like a neighborhood community now feels like a college dorm.
