This company will nickel and dime you so badly. You pay for water, which is a lot of the time shut off due to a break in the cheap pipes. When this happens whether it be one time a month or SEVERAL times a month don't expect even a $20 break for this inconvenience on your rent. Even if it means you can't take a shower or brush your teeth to go to work or school that morning. My personal favorite is that you pay a 250.00 deposit only to receive $50 back. Wow. That is some incentive to leave the apartment clean.
