I have lived here for two years now and I can echo the comments of others on here. First, I have had a major problem with a leak in one of my bedrooms. I spent several months last summer with a huge hole in the ceilng not even covered with plastic. The swimmming pool area is disgusting. The lights in this complex do not work half the time at night. I could go on and on with my problems. Best advice, if you have a problem, dont call maintance because they will not fix it. Just do it yourself. Or, better yet, call Engel management rather than the apartment office. That is the only way i have ever gotten results out of anything.
