Tracy and Linda, the apartment managers, are nice... That's about all I can really say for the place.

I had a broken garbage disposal for four of my six months here. I probably asked them to fix it five times. When they did finally replace the disposal it wasn't connected properly and I just went ahead and fixed it myself.

The apartment managers did accuse me of being late on my rent one month, which I wasn't... When I came in to set things straight they were nice about it and removed the fee.

My rent was pretty high for a tiny 1BR 1BA, it had no porch, no frills to speak of at all.

Parking is a total nightmare. If you are just getting home at about six p.m. you can just forget about parking anywhere close to your place. Also, there have been reports of frustrated residents keying peoples cars.

The workout room is a total joke. They have two elliptical machines that seem to function, but the lifting machine is broken and uselesss.

The location is pretty fantastic, the place is basically in the shadow of the Riverchase Galleria.
