I've lived in this complex for about 4 years, and they do not have a breed restriction on pit bulls. If you have cats, I'd recommend you live elsewhere. Because there are no breed restriction, there are a LOT of pit bullls in the complex, and often they're not kept on a leash. One of these dogs killed my cat, which is why I'm moving. If you don't have cats or aren't afraid of dogs, this is a great complex.
