I lived in these apartments for 2 years and never had any serious issues. Rent was agreeable, maintenance was only a little slow, complex is in a nice wooded area, and management was nice. It seems that they were just understaffed because every time I would try to call in or stop by the office, they were always so busy. The only problems we had were that the person who lived above me over-ran her bathtub and it leaked into our hall ceiling and light (which we then stopped using) but they didn't come by to fix because no one was ever home during the day (and honestly, with 2 dogs and a cat , we didn't want to keep the pets locked up for days so that they could replace that part of the ceiling). The person that lived above me was horrible, but no one could really help that. There was a complaint about my dog once, but after I sent a letter to management letting them know that I wasn't the only one with dogs in my building and knew for a fact it was the neighbor with a dog the same color as mine. Overall, I would have recommended this to a friend. It's not luxury, but it's not bad either. I moved only because I was being relocated for work.
