I lived here for a year, and I have nothing good to say. I had problems from the first week I moved in. I had ants in my kitchen and my bathroom probably at least 6 times while I lived here. They would come spray but eventually the ants would come back. I had a leak in my closet that soaked a bunch of my clothes. I also had squirrels or some sort of animal living in my attic for a while. Also, when it rained the walkway to my apartment was like a kiddie pool. There was no way to avoid getting soaked at least to your ankles. There were also other little problems I had while living there. One huge issue was that you could never get in touch with the people in the office. I would call and call and leave messages, but no one would call me back. Eventually I would just get lucky and have someone answer, or I would have to go to the leasing office - which was hard to do since I work
8-5 Monday through Friday. My advice to you is find another place to live. You will probably regret it if you move to Waterford Landing.

I want to apologize for the bad expererice that you had. We do have new management and office staff, and we hope that we can change the future. We have changed our office hours to 8-6 Monday thru Friday, 10-5 on Saturday and 1-5 on Sunday in hopes that helps the residents that get off work at 5 to be able to come get there problems taken care of. We are trying to change a lot of things, so we hope that you give us a chance.
